We only sell services that we know we do well. We know what we’re good at and we have very high standards. We never accept work that we aren’t 100% confident about – if we can’t stand by it, we don’t do it.
We give realistic quotes to ensure that our customers never get nasty surprise ‘extras’ invoices at the end of a project. If the specification of a project changes we keep our clients informed along the way. This approach may occasionally mean that we price ourselves out of a job, but we sleep better for it.
Honesty is the best policy. If a deadline is unrealistic we’ll tell you, if you’re running out of budget we’ll tell you and if there is a cheaper solution available to achieve the same result we’ll tell you that too!
We’re nice people. We’re proud that our customers compliment us on our friendly service and calm approach. We have to spend a lot of time at work so it makes good sense for us to make it as enjoyable as possible and build good relationships with our customers and suppliers.
We have a small, focused team of people who know their craft. Our team members have the skill sets and character to help develop our commercial offering and strengthen our company as a whole.
They benefit from on-the-job training, are given time to explore new areas of expertise and are encouraged to develop their skills both at work and in their own time. Analytics review then informs us of performance against business objectives and so the cyclical planning continues. Together we identify your site objectives and audiences: developing personas to map user journeys and create intuitive information architectures (IA). Our creative is original, innovative and on-brand; while the build stage integrates ecommerce back end systems, other databases and the most appropriate content management system.
